Most probably, if you are asking this question, we don't have an ETA (estimated time of arrival) , but you can still check in the News for a release date/ETA. If you can't find it there, then the server is still in development, and not yet ready to be opened. In this case you can check the Changelog for updates on development.

This could be caused my multiple issues, please try the ip 23.185.40.2:25021 instead of our domain ip. If this also doesn't work for you, please create a General Support ticket and send us a screenshot with your error-message.
